Intelligence you can examine.
Skyfort Aviation brings aircraft research into one considered workspace, with traceable observations and honest limits on what the data can tell you.
A research product built for decisions.
Owners, buyers, sellers, brokers, investors and pilots can explore manufacturers, compare aircraft, review market observations and ask better questions before a transaction. The catalog remains useful before market data is connected. Empty financial states mean that eligible evidence is unavailable; they do not mean that an aircraft has no value or no market.
Skyfort Aviation combines aircraft market research with access to its brokerage team. Purchase, sale, and professional valuation inquiries are directed to Skyfort Aviation. Research and brokerage services are presented together, and recommendations should be evaluated in that context.
Public reports and automatic updates.
Supported public reports from Sandhills Global, GAMA’s annual shipment summary, and selected Tango Alpha model benchmarks are checked daily. Deterministic parsers require the expected source, reporting period, scope, units, and consistent figures. Unexpected formats, older reports, in-period corrections, and unusually large changes retain the previous report for review. Source failures are shown on the trends page and in administration.
Published industry indicators and model shipment references outside those adapters keep their displayed editorial dates. A successful source check does not make an older reporting period current. These reports update when their publishers release figures; they do not provide live individual transaction prices. Manufacturer family totals are explicitly labeled, and the same combined total must not be added across model pages.
Catalog coverage and price coverage differ. The aircraft reference directory uses U.S. FAA make/model references and does not establish worldwide completeness, current production, aircraft availability, or market value. No automated system can guarantee error-free data. Each figure remains open to inspection through its primary source.
Asking prices and transaction prices.
Current asking statistics use one latest verified, published USD observation for each verified, published active listing. Sources must be authorized and published. Listings and asking observations must fall within the source’s freshness window. Future dates, nonpositive prices and unsupported currencies are excluded. No currency conversion is implied.
The mean is the sum of eligible prices divided by the priced-listing count. The median is the middle ordered value, or the average of the two middle values for an even sample. The minimum and maximum are observed endpoints. Every sample describes our covered dataset, rather than the entire aircraft market.
Asking prices reflect seller expectations. Confirmed transaction prices appear separately and require dated evidence. An aircraft marked sold, or an advertisement that disappears, does not by itself prove a transaction or final price.
Time advertised versus time to sell.
Active listing age measures days from a known listing date to the observation date or research date. It is an ongoing, censored observation, and is never presented as a completed-sale time. Re-listings and imperfect coverage can affect the observed start date.
Completed-sale duration requires a verified listing-start date and a verified, dated closing record. Removed listings are excluded as sale evidence. At least ten independent completed comparables are required to display an observed interquartile range. A larger sample improves descriptive coverage, but this version does not produce an individualized calibrated prediction.
Comparable cohorts match the aircraft model, manufacturing year within three years when supplied, and airframe time within the larger of 500 hours or 30% when supplied. Asking-price competitiveness requires at least five eligible priced comparables. Engine overhaul, avionics, location, maintenance and condition are collected for professional review; unvalidated numerical adjustments are never invented.
Your actual selling time may vary based on price, condition, maintenance, market demand, and other factors.
Where the evidence comes from.
Market observations can arrive through approved CSV imports, manual research and authorized provider integrations. Administrators validate records, reconcile duplicate aircraft, preserve attribution, and publish only after checking the applicable license. Cross-provider records require a canonical aircraft identity; natural-key deduplication alone cannot identify the same aircraft across unrelated sources.
Potential licensed providers include JETNET, VREF and AMSTAT. Listing a provider here does not claim a partnership, subscription, redistribution entitlement or live connection. No market feed is connected for individual aircraft observations. Public report checks are separate from a licensed provider feed.
Manufacturer references support the catalog. Performance figures are published maximums for specific variants and conditions; verify the applicable AFM/POH. Illustrative photography is labeled and does not identify a specific catalog model.
History, supply and demand.
Historical charts use actual dated observations or explicitly published snapshots with source, methodology and sample sizes. Monthly asking charts use the latest observation per listing in each month. Missing periods are not reconstructed. Category inventory is observed coverage, not a fleet census. The current inventory divided by observed verified sales in the preceding 180 days is a coverage-dependent descriptive ratio, not total demand or market absorption.
Source freshness windows are visible to administrators, and stale observations are excluded from current statistics. Report pages show their eligible update date. The catalog and this methodology were reviewed October 28, 2026.
Research and professional valuation.
This website provides research information, not certified aircraft appraisals, maintenance advice or a guarantee of future value. Individual value depends on configuration, records, condition, inspection findings and transaction terms. Without licensed valuation inputs and reliable adjustments, the estimator offers a professional valuation request rather than a fabricated number.
Request a professional valuation ↗Privacy and inquiries.
Contact details and aircraft information submitted through the inquiry form are stored in the project’s protected database and shared with Skyfort Aviation’s brokerage team only with your consent. Delivery requires configured email or CRM integration. Administrators can track pending or failed delivery; the form never claims an inquiry was sent unless delivery succeeds. Optional pageview events record aggregate paths with short-lived rate-limit identifiers, without advertising trackers or fingerprinting.
Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion. The operator must establish its retention schedule and legal privacy terms before public launch.
